Questions or concerns about your order?

E-mail us. It usually takes us about a day or so to reply to our emails.

Please check to see whether the answer to your question is covered in our FAQ before contacting us.

  1. When will my order be shipped?

    We make every effort to fulfill orders within 5 business days. There are rare times when this can take longer, but if so we will make every effort to let you know if that is the case. Please Note: Custom messages can take up to two weeks to record (depending on cast availability) so please order those in plenty of time for special occasion delivery.

  2. How long will my order take to arrive, once shipped?

    All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Arrival can take between one and five days (within the U.S.) or up to 2 weeks (International), depending on where you live.

  3. How do I know you received my order?

    After you place your order you should receive an order confirmation from PayPal via e-mail. If you get that, we’ve received your order and are working on getting it out to you! If you didn’t receive that e-mail from PayPal (check your Spam Folder), send us an e-mail and we’ll check our side of things. If you do not receive your order within three weeks of placing it, please contact us.

  4. Will I be able to track my shipment?

    No. We ship via standard USPS First Class Mail, which does not include tracking numbers.

  5. I realized after placing my order that PayPal had an outdated mailing address for me. What should I do?

    Please notify us of your new address as soon as possible. In your message, also include the date you placed your order, and your transaction or receipt I.D. number. We cannot change your information within your PayPal account, so be sure to update your account with them before placing any future orders.

  6. What is your returns policy?

    We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you would like to return all or part of your order, please return the unopened or unused item in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price (including sales tax) within 10 days of receipt. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

    Include the packing slip and/or a brief note with your name and transaction I.D. number, the reason for return, and if you would like a replacement.

    Replacements/exchanges will be sent upon receipt of your returned merchandise. Refunds are issued in the manner in which you originally paid. Note: we cannot issue a refund if more than 60 days have passed since you originally placed the order. We also cannot issue refunds for Custom Message or Personalized items.

  7. What is your privacy policy?

    We use the contact information you provide us to send and/or contact you about your order. The Radio Adventures of Dr. Floyd will never sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third party (unless required by law). Your billing information is used (and protected) by PayPal in the processing of your payment. You can read their privacy policy here.
